The KÖLNTURM in the MediaPark is the tallest office building of the city, at 148 metres. Completed in 2001, it contains 27'000 sq m worth of office space as well as two exclusive restaurants and a conference centre. Nomad City Passage's campsite will be in the top floor that is currently being used. The floor was last used as the showroom of an exclusive health sandals company. Nomad City Passage's host will be EH-Estate Management GmbH, who are responsible for the administration and letting of the building.
